Business Head - International Business - Middle East &North Africa
Responsibilities:
- Ensure all international business is in compliance with local policies, regulations, accounting rules and controls of Middle East & North Africa (MENA) Region.
- Interface with internal sales/manufacturing personnel and customers, vendors, sub-contractors, etc. regarding the terms and conditions of customer orders, sales agreements and contracts
- Establish local relationships required to conduct business as needed, i.e. banking, legal accounting, import/export, etc.
- Key interface between international sales and manufacturing operations
- Close interaction with Clients's Manufacturing, Finance & Costing and Marketing Teams to ensure smooth business transactions and good customer relationships

Requirements :
- MBA or Related Program Graduate from Category A Institutions
- Age Not More Than 40 Years
- 10- 15 years of related experience inclusive of international business experience in MENA Region
- Demonstrated skills in developing a business, both locally and internationally
- Strong management and project management skills
- Strong leadership skills with ability to lead and drive change across multiple organizations
- Proven track record of influencing to a desired outcome
- Requires approximately 25% travel
