Country Head - HR Business Partner - IIM/ISB/MDI/FMS

- The ideal candidate for this role will be a seasoned and highly qualified person with extensive experience in managing HR Business Partnering teams for a large global organisation. The individual will need to have strong experience above 15 years. Significant experience of working in a IT / Distribution companies will be an advantage.

- S/he should have a strong executive presence, relationship building skills and an ability to make an impact with internal / external stakeholders.

Education and Experience Guidelines :

- Minimum Degree: MBA /PGDM from a tier 1 management institute with minimum 15 years' experience as mentioned. S/he must possess Strong skills in Microsoft office, Excel, PowerPoint, Project software.

The individual will be an independent, dynamic, high-energy personality with strong interpersonal,

influencing and relationship skills. S/he will have the gravitas, maturity and the credibility to be accepted at the senior most levels within and outside the organization and have the clout to 'open doors', 'create breakthroughs' and 'win opportunities. S/he will possess a communication style that conveys expertise and confidence. S/he should be able to visualise the requirements and be able to put right templates and information in place.
