Description - An exciting opportunity to head and grow the business for a leading Healthcare MNC

Client Details :

Our client is a leading Medical Devices MNC with presence across the globe. To increase their presence in APAC, they want to focus on high growth countries in the region. For the same, they are looking to hire their Country Head for Bangladesh who would be creating their strategy and growth plans for the country.

Description :

- Manage the entire portfolio with the existing distributors

- Create and Implement their strategy for direct sales

- Manage a strong existing team in sales and marketing along with services

- Work closely with the APAC Business Head to define strategies for the business

Profile :

- The Successful Candidate would have at least 10 years of experience, majority in sales .

- Industry : Medical Devices/Pharma/FMCG or any other allied industry

- MBA from a Premier B School

- Team Management exposure is a must

- You would have Experience in working in Bangladesh or you should be Bangladesh national
