Country Head - Healthcare

Country Head - Bangladesh. (Dhaka/Chittagong)

The role of the Country Manager will be to manage operations of our Client in Bangladesh.

While reporting to the Regional Business Head you will be required :

- To prepare components of the organisation that clearly define actions it will take to support the strategic objectives and plans of Regional management

- To ensure that all aspects of the business operate smoothly

- To ensure that the business in country affiliate adheres to all country regulations and cultural guidelines

- To develop plans for company & people growth for future

- To build company's brand pithing the entire country

- To devise a mechanism of effective advertising and promotional plans and remain involved in product positioning and global brand marketing development with his team

- To continually assess company progress, sales and marketing successes and compile reports to submit to superiors in corporate headquarters

- To present reports regarding budgets, sales growth or declines, new business leads and regulatory compliance

- To Establish, develop and maintain relationships with Key opinion leaders that can benefit from Abbott products after assessing their needs to drive market

- To oversee activities of all distributors in Bangladesh. Monitor their progress on budgets allocated. Train their staff on company products and plan joint visits to customers

- As a Successful Candidate you should meet the below mentioned criteria:

We are looking for Local Applicants only. The candidate will be on the Distributor's payroll (One of the largest distributor) but will be working and reporting directly to the stakeholders in the organisation while managing a team of 35+ indirect reports (Distributors Payroll)

- You should have strong experience of working in the Healthcare industry (Preferably Pharma)

- You should have experience of working with an MNC while reporting to International Stakeholders

- You should possess a stable career and a successful track record of growing businesses within the country
