Country Head-General Insurance at East Africa

- Should be very well versed and a hands on person on Insurance Claims and Underwriting.

- Should have successful track record in driving top and bottom line.

- Excellent relationship Skills

- Should be well versed in Reinsurance.

- Must have a minimum 20 - 25 years of continuous General Insurance managerial experience.

- Qualified with Insurance Certification's

- Building and strengthening of the teams in various departments viz. UW, Reinsurance,

Claims & Establishment:

- Claims

- Legal Claims

- Compliance - Regulatory / Govt. Authorities

- Reinsurance

- Underwriting
