Job Description :
- Experience in selling / business to Utility Service Providers such as Municipalities, Large Housing Agencies, Townships is mandatory
- Ability to drive end to end sales process covering prospecting, influencing the RFP's, gathering business intelligence, competitor information and tendering.
- Hands on experience in Business Development, Application Engineering and Execution .
- Conduct pre-bid activities in tender costing for Mass Housing Projects and Sewerage Projects.
- Tracking upcoming projects and enquiries and capturing the same in data bank to process in result oriented and effective manner.
- Identify & Developing key relationships with prospects / clients ( Civil, EPC & MEP) / Contractors / Government functionaries for repeat business and referral business.
- Monitor Business Opportunities & E-Tenders, Customers & Capabilities.
- Strong ability to perform activities such as Market Research & Analysis for Lead Generation.
