Country Head - Togo, Electrical Vehicles Sales - ARISE
Country Head -Togo (P&L responsibility) :
- Complete accountability for top line and bottom-line sales & delivery,
- Develop a robust & exclusive distribution network of dealers & sub dealers in the region
- Setting up systems & processes
- Building the complete team from scratch - Sales & Marketing , Commercial, ESG, Legal, Finance, After Sales Service, Customer Satisfaction and Management and HR.
- Complete branding and positioning exercise both for B2C & B2B customers.
- Business development strategies by setting us sales and service network in the region
- Working on different strategies like mobility solutions, employment opportunities, social upliftment etc to seed the EV vehicles market in the region.
- Effective finance tie-ups with various Banks / NBFC's/ Local financers.
- Built a sales & service team of highly motivated and performing professionals.
- Setting up of charging facilities / stations with collaboration of our internal team/vendors.
- Initiate training program to educate the operational shift from gasoline vehicles to electric vehicles.
Education: Preferably a B.Tech + MBA from Good Colleges of India
Experience: 17 - 25 years in Automotive Industry. EV Mobility sales experience will be an added advantage
