COUNTRY HEAD/DIRECTOR

Location: Mumbai

Company Profile: The company is a French graphic design school.

Responsibility:

- Manage academics, operations, marketing and admissions, effectively.

- Keep improving quality of programs to build students skills to get them ready for the marketplace.

- Create a big reputation to attract more and best, potential students.

- Ensure that company maintains high social responsibility.

- Develop strategies and plans to align with company objectives.

- Take appropriate decisions to advance admissions and increase profits.

- Enforce guidelines and policies to maintain legality and business ethics.

- Review financial and other important reports and take actions as required.

- Participate in industry-related events to increase organization's reputation.

- Create a record / data bank of academicians and professionals from corporate sector to get them as visiting faculty.

- Continue to build strong reputation of the original creative French curriculum.

- Report to and take guidance from Board of Directors of company.

Required Profile:

- Have good knowledge of market related to academics.

- Experience in developing, planning and implementing successful strategies

- Good knowledge of corporate governance, finance and management.

- Familiarity with business functions such as Marketing, Sales, Finance, HR etc.

- Outstanding organizational and time management skills

- Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills.

- Good communication and public speaking skills.

- Good interpersonal and leadership skills.

Education:

- MBA in business administration or similar relevant field.

Experience:

- 10-15 years of experience.

- Previous working experience at same level (3 to 5 years experience).

Language:

- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.

- Knowledge of French is a plus.
