Experience : 20 + years Preference : Only Immediate to 15 days - The role does not require any software development background, we are looking for someone with experience in managing site of Customer Support center for our client - Will be managing OPS ( l1/ l2 /l3 ops) Job Description : Roles &amp; Responsibilities : - To plan, budget, oversee all departments in the country - Responsible for managing all operations within a country involving for profit, revenue, cash and quality targets - Work closely with upper management/ departmental heads to make sure that the scope and direction of CLIENT is as per Vision - Annual budgets and producing a detailed annual business operating plan for the country operations along with monthly, quarterly or annual targets for revenue and profit - Produce business performance reports, which could be on a monthly or quarterly basis. - Recruit and manage staff, including performance monitoring, mentoring and training. JOB SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS : - Leadership Skills : You will have to keep your employees motivated, resolve conflicts and make hard decisions for your employees. - Time Management : You will be working with employees, customers and management, often spinning multiple plates at once. - Math and Budgeting : Project managers are expected to keep and maintain a budget in almost every field.
