Job Title Country Manager / Country Head  Role purpose: the Country Manager / Country Head is primarily responsible for building a culture and brand that will attract and retain top talent to support the GIC differentiation agenda, and for executing the vision, mission and overall strategy of the GIC.   Primary responsibilities:  - Hiring and on-boarding of the best talent to support the GIC differentiation agenda  - Serve as a coach for the GIC team  - Drive organizational culture  - Drive compliance and risk management  - Establish GIC strategy and relevant operating & governance model(s)  - Support US based teams such as HR and Finance in managing their functions & teams in Bangalore  - Build an - employer of choice- brand  - Develop innovation programs  - Evangelize the GIC across diverse teams in the USA  - Manage performance by effectively leading teams to ensure that expectations and standards are met.  - Cascade corporate performance measures throughout the operations and technology functions   - Innovation   Direct reports: Head of Operations, Head of Technology, Head of Facilities  Key relationships: Head of Finance, Head of HR, key stakeholders of all business functions  Key requirements : Previous GIC leadership experience, US Banking & Financial Services industry background is mandatory.
