The position will suit highly-motivated, service-driven, 'hands-on' managers with a passion for service and a proven ability to deliver across the diverse functions that form this role.  Reporting directly to the CEO - Asia, you will be responsible for :  - Maintaining healthy occupancy rates, managing the day-to-day operations, marketing of the work space and problem solving.   - Working alongside a large network of innovative individuals in the Start-up scene who are actively changing the way people work and collaborate, you will be at the forefront of the exciting co-working movement, and will help shape how it grows and develops.  In this role you will be responsible for, although not be limited to, the following :  - Management of all aspects of the sales, client relations and day-to-day operations of the company's co-working space while managing the Marketing Manager and Events manager  - Contacting Start-ups to introduce them to the concept of the company  - Agreeing and driving marketing initiatives incorporating aspects and channels which will also capture Partnership Management, Supplier Relations and PR  - Attending events, business development initiatives, greeting new residents and managing day-to-day enquiries and overlooking the operations which will include facilities, invoicing and accounting as well as ensuring co-working space rules are followed.  To be considered you will :  - Hold academic qualifications in a business, commerce, marketing, property (facilities management) or relevant academic stream  - Ideally, possess relevant experience in working in a start-up business environment or serviced office environment and where a broad range of responsibilities have been required and delivered at the highest level  - Possess a depth of knowledge across all aspects of social media as well as an understanding of a website CMS  - Excellent verbal and written communication skills the ability to engender trust and deliver is paramount; keeping stakeholders informed and communicating progress is essential  - Be enthusiastic with your outgoing, winning personality  - Confident, solution-oriented, and quick to respond  - Understand online services and the underlying technologies  - Work autonomously in the fast-paced startup environment and able to multi-task and work across several projects concurrently.
