Country Head - Ceramic Sector

Few General duties and responsibilities of the role:

- Should have a good network of Natural marble & granite, Imported marble & tiles, Quartz & composite slabs.

- He will drive the revenue objectives for Our Company by acquiring new customers, and up-selling to existing ones.

- Analyzing business potential and implementing plans to drive sales, supplementing turnover and achieving desired targets &identifying potential area and its launching.

- Keeping a regular eye on day to day competitor upgradations and developments on future buying trends

- Creative with new ideas & developments

- Identifying, qualifying and pursuing business opportunities through market surveys.

- Identifying and networking with financially strong and reliable channel networks, resulting in deeper market penetration and reach.

- Should be able to handle Private & Govt. Project liaison, coordination activities

- Business Development - Architect fraternity

- Monitoring & reviewing monthly/quarterly sales against Targets

- Motivating, Guiding Team members in acquiring and closing big orders

- Monitoring the performance of team members to ensure efficiency in operations and meeting of individual & group targets.

- Generating Sales MiS on monthly basis.

- Defining and Finalizing the KRA's of Team
