- Our client is $350 Million company from India and a leading value-added engineering products and solutions company Hq in South India. is looking for a country head for their Aerospace division in France .

- Looking for French Speaking Country Head to be stationed in Villebret, France The CEO is responsible for providing strategic, financial and operational leadership for the business unit and will closely coordinate and work the senior leadership team of the organization. This role is accountable for ensuring P& L Management for French business including long term revenue and profitability growth of the business Unit. He/she will be the go- to-person for everything involving a French business organization.

Experience & Qualifications:

- Around 15 years of experience in a B2B organization of which at least 5 years should be in a leadership position.


- Experience of Aerospace product segment either at Business or Sales level is a must. Bachelor degree in engineering (Aerospace, Mechanical, Electrical) or its equivalent

- MBA from an institute of repute (preferred).

- Language English and French is a must

- Nationality Indian (preferred) or French

- Knowledge & Skills - High on business acumen & strategic though process

- Has managed and grown business exponentially in his career.

- Excellent communication and influencing skills.

- High on leadership and building an organization structure from inception.

- High on target orientation and result achievement.

- Ability to work independently in all types of situations.

- High on Problem solving - Must trouble shoot all challenges, road blocks, conflicts in the way of projects execution well in time and finding alternate solutions to protect the Organizational Interests.

- Resolves issues with Internal Customers, Staff & Vendors.

- Expert on result delivery through project and cross functional team management.

- A Change Manager & cultural integrator.

- The role will fully own all aspects P& L of the business unit including revenue growth, business development, operational excellence, technology, commercial and human resources. He/She will be responsible for farming/hunting new account through his business development team.

- Design and delivery of the business short, medium and long- term strategies within the overall policy guidelines of the organization.

- Ensuring the delivery on the committed revenue and profitability of the business unit.

- Building order book and ensuring its conversion to revenue and profitability on a monthly basis.

- Designing and building a sustained business organization leading to high productivity and employee morale.

- Creation of work culture designed for high employee involvement and delight.
