Country Head - Agro Chemical

Client:

Our client is one of the leaders in Agro Chemical business, having strong presence in South America, Middle East, Africa and South East Asia. Diversified into Agro produce, Chemical, Engineering and Organic Division.

Position offered: Country Manager / Head

Position based: Nigeria, Turkey and SA

Reporting to: Director-ROW

OBJECTIVE:

- Grow the entire business portfolio in the specified territory by developing meaningful client relationships and develop different functions.

Attributes:

- Need highly self motivated individuals with following personal attributes.

- Strong ownership towards the organization

- Attention to detail

- Flexible and positive attitude as there will be a lot of unlearning and learning

- Strong outcome orientation.

- Team handling experience is must.

Growth Plan:

- Upon successful launch can grow to handle entire region.

Requirements:

- Must have 15-20 years of experience in Agrochemical, Crop or fertilizers, of which at least 10-12 years at Zonal level handling multiple states.

- Exhibit great leadership skills

- Must be B.Sc/M.Sc in Agri.

- MBA preferred.
