Country General Manager - Pharmaceutical - Immediate Joiners

The opportunity is with one of the start up firm (niche segment - nutrition) based out of Bangalore.

The Candidate will be required to take on full P&L responsibility including field deployment, business development, new product development, plant operations and revenue generation.

Position Overview:

- This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing company in the Healthcare space, redefining nutrition.

- The role will be to ensure the rapid scaling up of the business to ensure the company reaches its ambitious growth targets over the next 3 years and benefit from the Global and domestic profile and opportunities that this shall bring.

Essential Responsibilities:

- To lead the company to achieve revenue targets with P&L responsibility

- Strategizing the sales and marketing strategies and introducing the product in the market to make it an OTCproduct

- Managing overall strategic operations related to Marketing and other related operations

- Leading teams towards goals

- Drafting strategies to tackle competition /Substitutes

- Identifying and developing new market segments and launching new products across the same

- Ensuring effective implementation of the marketing strategy; analyzing & rectifying the variance, if any.

Minimum Required Qualifications/Experience/Exposures:

- Must have worked in Pharmaceutical in either a Tier 1 or Tier 2 organisation

- 40 - 45 yrs of age

- At least 15+ related experience and in a P&L capacity for the last 2 -3 years

- Full time MBA from a Tier 1 institute

- Excellent communication skills, ability to do multi-tasking and deal with multi stakeholders on a pan India level

- Strong Relationships & People Management Skills

- Should have led Teams of at least 15+ people in a prior role
