Job Profile / Duties and Responsibilities: Role - The new Controller will develop analyses, KPIs and reports, aimed at tracking the drivers for cost performance - The new Controller will closely cooperate with local Controlling teams, for data collection, reports production, and analysis - The new Controller will proactively develop updated reports, tools, and analyses, adapting to evolving business needs - The new Controller will take over responsibilities for specific projects within Finance Controlling, or spanning across other functional areas of RAIN CARBON. Other Responsibilities - You- ve earned an above-average Business Administration degree preferably with a focus on Controlling, Accounting or Finance. Candidates with different degrees, but with significant work experience in Accounting or Controlling may be also taken into consideration. - You have 4+ years of work experience in Controlling or a similar field; Knowledge of SAP FI/CO/MM/ CO-PA and database tools is a plus - You are Excel and PowerPoint expert - You are a solution-oriented self-starter - You are assertive and goal-oriented - You enjoy working with numbers and conducting analyses - You carefully plan tasks and processes, set clear goals and follow-up on results - You are a team player, have strong communication skills and are persuasive - You are fluent in English (both written and spoken); German is a plus. - You are willing to travel abroad for closer coordination with the teams Excellent command over German language Qualification : chartered accountant Working Days : 5 Days a Week ( to ) Job Nature : Full Time
