About our Client - Our client is a globally renowned player in the Agri-business vertical. They are listed on NYSE and report a consistent revenue growth year on year. They are spread across the globe and have presence in 90 countries. Over half of their sales is in emerging markets and the Indian market is of strategic importance to them. They are looking for a Country Finance Compliance Lead who can create a compliance culture within the organization.

Job Description - While reporting to the Territory Finance Compliance Lead your responsibilities would be to:

- Effectively implement Internal Control Framework, Risk Management Framework and Segregation of Duties

- Address all the risks associated with finance compliance

- Support implementation of merger integration projects and also new business models

- Support control improvement initiatives and fraud risk assessments

- Mitigate SoD risks in a SAP and non-SAP environment

- Ensure SOX compliance for in-scope units

- Coach and guide territory finance team for improving compliance capability

The Successful Candidate - You are a Chartered Accountant with at least 9+ years post qualification experience specializing in SOX, SoD and SAP. An additional CPA/CMA/ Six-Sigma certification would be preferred. You should have experience of working extensively on / implementing SOX compliance in the past. You must have worked in a SAP environment. You must have a good and firm understanding in designing, monitoring and assessing risk libraries, internal controls and compliance process management. You should be a well spoken and well presented individual who has a structured thought process and can communicate complex situations in an easy to understand way.
