Skills Required - Experience of setting up a team to deliver product innovation in programmatic strategy and trading - Hands on experience with Programmatic, RTB and Trade Desks - Advanced knowledge of ad serving , ad verification and tag management - Working knowledge of paid media Analytics, tracking and reporting platforms - Technical excellence at both a practical and strategic level and the ability to deal with macro and micro issues with equal enthusiasm and rigor - High quality client management skills Roles : - The Country Director will provide strategic leadership and decision-making across strategy, partnerships, trading, workflow and growth. - This position will be a leadership role focused on driving product development and organic growth. Acting as an aspirational figurehead, this person will be responsible for the development programmatic display and video offering, providing leadership internally and to the market. You will be building a team to develop huge growth potential. Responsibilities : - You will deep view across the teams' clients which can range from internal stakeholders to direct local, regional clients and agencies - Demonstrate vision/direction - gravitas, strategic forward thinking, innovation, action-focused. - Bring tighter structure to our strategy product refining capabilities around insights, data driven planning estimates and partnerships - Identify trading and partnership opportunities that give OMG clients a unique trading advantage. This means being heavily involved in relevant partner JBPs as well as actively searching out new opportunities. - Instill a data-led culture that delivers on clients' KPIs with an uncompromising focus on quality and safety. - Deploy a technology or framework for top-line client analytics (e.g. spend pacing, KPI pacing and media quality metrics) - Candidates with excellent verbal and written communication skills will be preferred.
