A leading global education services company looking for Counselor / Sr. Counselor

Location: Hyderabad/Mangalore/Vijaywada

Qualification: Graduates or Post Graduate (preferred graduation in Psychology / Sociology / Full-time MBA)

Work Experience: 1-5 years (relevant industry experience)

- The position holder will be responsible for:

Counselor / Sr. Counselor:

- Achieving the respective country targets assigned.

- Improve conversions to the benchmarked levels to maximize the revenue generation.

- Ensures compliance of systems & processes to improve operational efficiencies

- Actively participates and contributes to university visits, fairs and events during the review period

- Ensure excellence in service delivery to the students being counseled

- Ensure Team - work.

- Ensure compliance to the code of conduct.

- Be the value custodian of the company.

Discipline and Code of Conduct:

Business Outcomes:

- Focus on no. of registered students as per targets assigned

- Increase the no. of applications Intake wise as defined by the organization

- Ensure follow through on visa grant status for each student

- Act as organizations representative with all outside interactions

- Ensure average counseling per day as per benchmarked targets assigned

- Ensure calling and follow-up through tele-calling as per benchmarked targets assigned

Service Delivery Excellence:

- Ensure all data is fed on the CRM as per indicated fields and accuracy of the same with

- Feed in all communication with the client / student / partner on the CRM

- Follow clear policies on acceptance of payment wherever required

- Is able to understand and comprehend the student case study with information

- Actively participate in university visits, fairs, seminars and or events whenever desired

- Actively take feedback from students / universities / partners on a regular basis

Discipline and Code of Conduct:

- Promote team work

- Ensure compliance to the code of conduct
