COTY - Regional Sales Manager

MISSION AND RESPONSIBILITIES

- Own the territory/channel for business delivery within aligned costs

a) Facilitate & Manage a fairly large distributor & his leadership team to deliver the aligned yearly targets

b) Align & Execute the RTM (route to market) model with the distributor and his leadership team within the aligned yearly budgets

c) Ensure effective delivery of RTM sales fundamentals such as efficient coverage, productivity, distribution and in store merchandising

c) Deliver excellent execution of new product or initiative launches in the market

d) Connect effectively with top customers across channels in terms of joint business planning, developing business positive relationships, etc.

e) Ensure smooth running of laid down processes for the territory and relevant report-backs to HQ

- Engage effectively with internal teams in marketing/trade marketing on market opportunities, projects, innovation and annual business plan and budgets.

COTY IDEAL FIT:

- Post graduate with 3+ years of experience in Selling/Trade Marketing. Strong pedigree will be preferred .

- Strong planning and project management skills along with sound commercial acumen.

- Ability to - Get hands Dirty when needed- and execute

- Great stakeholder management - good interpersonal communication skills

- Cross functional understanding of the work processes between Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Finance, HR

- Entrepreneurial and "hands-on" spirit
