Key Responsibilities:

1) Own the territory/channel for business delivery within aligned costs

a) Facilitate & Manage a fairly large distributor & his leadership team to deliver the aligned yearly targets

b) Align & Execute the RTM (route to market) model with the distributor and his leadership team within the aligned yearly budgets

c) Ensure effective delivery of RTM sales fundamentals such as efficient coverage, productivity, distribution and in store merchandising

c) Deliver excellent execution of new product or initiative launches in the market

d) Own the top customers in modern retail, traditional trade/wholesale

e) Ensure smooth running of back end processes at the branches and HQ

2) Engage effectively with internal stakeholders in marketing/trade marketing on market opportunities, projects, innovation and annual business plan and budgets
