Job Responsibilities:
- Devise, Own and Lead Trade strategy for the categories in India
- Develop commercial innovation in line with retail strategies
- Establish a strategic framework for the execution and delivery and evaluation of promotion execution with SRM
- Contribute to category marketing plans with customer and category analysis and promotional strategy
- Continuous analysis of customer position, working together with internal stakeholders to recommend in-store action aimed at strengthening Coty's position within categories
- Track and monitor distribution/promo strategy for own brands and competition
COTY IDEAL FIT:
- Post graduate with 2+ years of experience in Selling/Trade Marketing in Colour Cosmetics required. Strong pedigree will be preferred .
- Strong planning and project management skills along with sound commercial acumen.
- Ability to - Get hands Dirty when needed- and execute
- Great stakeholder management - good interpersonal communication skills
- Cross functional understanding of the work processes between Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Finance, HR
- Entrepreneurial and "hands-on" spirit
- Passion for Beauty!
- Proven Track record of - Working like a start up- mindset.
