- Lead Goals and Strat Plan estimates with Topline, Bottom Line and Cash forecasts

- Lead, Control and monitor Key Cost buckets like Trade Spends & Brand Spends

- Control and lead Account Receivable from Customers

- Lead Customer Business plans and Cost to Serve Discussions

- Lead Key Account Gain and Profitability Analysis

- Lead and monitor costs and spends for extended manpower

- Ensure Monthly P&L closing in line with Forecasts

THE COTY IDEAL FIT

- Top MBA school/University or CA, CS (First Attempt) with 4-5 years of experience

- Strong experience in Commercial finance and Financial Analysis in FMCG environment

- Great stakeholder management - good interpersonal communication skills

- Expertise in various IT systems (SAP/ HFM)

- Cross functional understanding of the work processes between Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Finance, HR

- Project Management lead with excellent analytical skills

- Process oriented, very focused and rigorous

- Experience managing P&L as well as robust understanding of budgets

- Strong organizational, project management and communication skills

- Entrepreneurial and "hands-on" spirit

- Excellent analytical skills
