Costing Manager - CA/ICWA - Manufacturing

Currently hiring for Costing Manager for a Japanese MNC based in Noida.

Ideal Candidate :

- CA /ICWA with around 10 Years of experience in Handing Product Costing, Business Controlling, MIS, Budgeting, FP&A and Management Reporting.

Must have experience in interacting with different stake holders across global regions .

Must be working in a Product Manufacturing Set up which Uses SAP extensively.

- SAP Costing module work experience in Mandatory

- Reports to CFO

- Works with a Manufacturing Company, preferably MNCs

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Responsible for detailed Budget planning for Revenue and Capex Budget in excel as well as in SAP.

- Defining of allocation keys on Plant level and which needs to be used for cost allocation.

- Responsible for Budget presentation to Global Management explaining variations from last year and Forecast performance.

- Responsible for getting Budget approved from Global Controlling head.

- Responsible for preparation, release and tracking of CRP (Cost Reduction Plan) measures list with co-ordination of all the relevant departments.

- Monthly Financial performance analysis and preparation of variations report with explanations.

- Monthly presentation to the Management highlighting reason for deviation from Budget.

- Preparation of monthly Forecast and alignment with Global Team.

- Inventory analysis and tracking of full cost valuation and actualization impacts.

- Monthly Project-wise Contribution analysis and highlighting major deviations from Budget and fixing of errors (if any).

- Responsible for Preparation and upload of PCIS with Management Summary and to get that approved from the Management before sub-mission of any quote to customer.

- Preparation of Cost Tracking sheet in case of any change in design for new project.

- Updation of PCIS and finding our variations at various Projects completion levels like Production process confirmed, parts approved from customer etc.

- Project-wise comparison of committed and actual realized results and preparation/ tracking of action items list for filling the gaps if any.

- Tracking and Control of Actual project spending against Budget and Forecast.

- Fulfilling various MIS requirement of Global Team.

- Finding out risks and opportunities based on latest business updates like quality issues, price reduction/ increase etc.

- Providing training's to other employees on topics like Excel, SAP and Financial terms explanation etc.
