The key differentiator for Jan Burger is its signature “Charcoal grilled burgers” at affordable prices.  Jan Burger provides a culture of high performance and meritocracy where employees have the opportunity to fast track their careers and be a part of a rapidly growing firm.  Role Description:  - Prepare periodic reports in relation to cost of sales, staff costs, sales analysis and feasibility studies   - Prepare variance analysis for restaurant food and non food costs and communicating / discussing with relevant parties  - Continuously study weaknesses in controls implemented at the restaurant and suggest for improvements  - Organize and do stock take and monthly closing procedures and to prepare all journals. Prepare cost board and the related journal vouchers  Competencies Required: Expertise in costing and cost management, analytical skills  Professional Experience: Experience in fast food, QSR or food industry will be an added advantage  Educational Qualification: Bachelor in Accounting/ Commerce
