Cost & Accounting Role - Consulting Firm - CA

The job entails conceptualizing, identifying and seriatim the projects to deliver savings in form of cost and process efficiencies.

- Demonstrate accountability for functional, business and broad company objectives. In this role, he/she will integrate and facilitate cost initiatives that meet business needs across verticals, manage complex issues within functional areas of expertise, be involved in long-term planning, and contribute to the overall business strategy

- Track strategy, presence and financials of competition; monitor market environment for key indices movements; maintain repository of data related to DVC, indirect costs, OPEX

- Facilitate delivery through regular review with Functional Directors/Champions and escalation to EC/BPR with incisive analytics.

- Coordinate agreed cross - functional projects in Technology, Infra, DVC, AFC and Sales/Marketing domains to enable cost savings.

- Conceptualize, curate and propagate ways of working/value-added MIS to promote a culture of cost focus.

- Analyze data and advice on key insights; assist, ideate, execute and implement process improvements and cost reduction projects; liaise for statutory compliances; undertake special and need based activities as per requirement of top management with the objective of enabling top management to make well informed decisions and optimize cost, deliver savings.
