Corporate Treasury Role - Big 4 Gurgaon- UK (IAS 39, IFRS 9 standard) - CA/ CFA (Hedge, Derivatives)

We are currently retained by leading consulting firm to hire for Corporate Treasury Roles at all levels

Technical skills:

- Prior experience working with a Corporate Treasury function with good technical knowledge of financial instruments, risk management, treasury strategies, systems, governance and controls

- Strong knowledge of accounting for financial instruments under IFRS

- In depth knowledge of Technical Accounting areas related to Financial Instruments

- Proficiency in MS office (Excel, PowerPoint and Word)

Behavioral / team skills

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Experience in managing and leading teams

- Strong analytical bent of mind and structured problem solving approach

- Adaptability to operate in dynamic environment often accompanied by shifting priorities and stringent deadlines

- Ability to evaluate technical issues, analyse facts, consult and deliver solutions to clients

Roles and responsibilities - 

Working as an Assistant Manager in this team, your responsibilities will include:

- Lead a team of graduates and qualified Executives and Seniors working on onshore projects for the UK Accounting Advisory Services Team (AAS)

- Work with UK AAS to deliver technical accounting responses to audit and client teams.

- Reviewing financial statements for international clients and performing a technical in-charging role

- Act as main point of contact for onshore department. Build strong relationship with onshore department /other key contacts in the UK AAS

- Work with the manager to develop the business and enhance the skill set in the team for technical accounting

- Make regular contact with UK to

a. ensure staff are booked to projects and utilized effectively and

b. take feedback on quality of work delivered

- Track key metrics related to type of work performed, quality of deliverables and feedback from onshore
