Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities
- Monitor, provide, record and evaluate effective training activities
- Design and implement Training programs (Soft Skills, Selling Skills and Induction) that can be used to develop and improve the skills required for the job.
- Implementation and revision of the training programs
- Assess Training needs
- Develop training methods and material
- Write procedure manuals
Profile:
Education and Experience
- Should have worked as a Trainer at the corporate level. Ideal candidate would be someone who has worked in a BPO/KPO kind of environment.
