Job Designation : Corporate Trainer (Six Sigma & Operational Excellence)

Number of Position(s) : 01

Qualification : BE/ B.Tech

Experience : 7 -10 year

Job Responsibilities :

- Spearheading Six Sigma Projects on material change, product design change, cost saving, capacity debottlenecking etc.

- Support the site team by conducting regular training's to identify gaps and laying down the action plan to close the same. Also, arrange all the necessary support for smooth execution of the action plans.

- Handling various types of projects such as capacity debottlenecking, yield improvement, cost reduction, quality improvement, norm improvement & NPD innovation, employee engagement and training projects.

- Spearheading the process Engineering excellence & Lean Six Sigma initiatives from front and coordinating with top management (which includes the Executive Directors, CEOs) & multiple functional heads of Business, R&D, and Manufacturing, Strategy, Supply Chain, Quality, Finance &Projects.

- Carrying out deployment of Operation Excellence, Lean Six Sigma & DFSS across all businesses and manufacturing sites and R&D Centers of companies.

- Leading, training and monitoring performance of the team members for maintaining excellence in the service operations of the organization.

- Responsible for mentoring the process engineering excellence improvement projects for different businesses and manufacturing sites of the organization.

- Establishing processes/ SOPs, streamlining workflow and creating team work environment to enhance productivity innovatively.

- Creating and fostering a healthy environment which facilitates high performance of team members and accomplishments of organizational goals.

- Reviewing the manufacturing strategy and cost estimation for new inquiries; evaluating process design and manufacturing criteria for products with extremely tight tolerances.

- Defining and executing process validation plans to achieve a capable process.

- Conducting product print reviews, and ensuring that the same acquires customer approval.
