Corporate Tax / Direct TAX Expert - ACE Hardware giant - 27 LPA - Bangalore

Job Profile : Corporate Tax / Direct Tax / Transfer Pricing [Indian corporate tax]

Note :

- It will be an subject matter expert role and will manage the Tax and Accounting division.

- Should have worked in Indian corporate/ Direct tax.

Job Description :

- Prepare and file monthly, quarterly, and year-end income and/or transaction tax returns, including gathering, analyzing, and compiling income tax data.

- Drive complex tax planning activities and research including estimated tax forecasts and other projects that involve a high degree of complexity, under review.

- Work on priority projects in both the tax compliance and accounting areas.

- Drive research and documents company-wide tax systems.

- Analyze information and assists with planning opportunities to minimize tax liabilities.

- Respond to notices from various tax authorities, under supervision.

- Contribute to business or function-wide solutions that impact multiple business units and/or countries.

- Typically partner with internal clients at the Director and above levels.

- Work across different functions and levels within the organization.

Other details :

- At least 6 years of related experience in accounting or tax.

- Thorough knowledge of professional accounting and financial reporting systems.

- Advanced knowledge of the income tax laws as they relate to corporations.

- Excellent communication, leadership, and influence skills.

- Strong financial and business acumen.

- Strong project management, problem solving, and analytical skills.

- Knowledge of tax and accounting software desirable
