Corporate Support Manager - BFSI

Looking for a suitable candidate for the profile of "Corporate Support Manager"- Bangalore, 8+years.

Skill Sets: Waterfall model, Agile methodology and RUP processes in the domains of BFSI services.

Mandatory Skills: CISA, Auditing, ISO 9001, SOX Testing/Testing, RTO, RPO.

Job Responsibility:

- Leading the Corporate Support group and be responsible for establishing and operating the Finance, BCP and Compliance functions within the organization. Primary point of contact for the company bankers, auditors, tax & legal advisors together with AIG Corporate Finance and Compliance functions

- Provide solutions and Develop applications for BFSI domain. Management and day to day direction of the activities of the BCP & Compliance and Finance specialists

- Ensuring that the organization is at all times compliant with local and Corporate Compliance rules and
requirements

- Vendor management of third party providers of finance services and ensuring that touch points between internal and external processes operate efficiently.

- Completion and filing, following review by management and local advisors, of all Indian compliance returns

- Ensuring that the organization correctly accounts for its activities and that vendors and staff payments are efficiently processed.

- Establishing, operating and updating key financial controls for the organization such as account reconciliation, segregation of duties and expense approval matrices.

- Ensuring that a BCP, meeting Corporate and best practice standards, is in place.
