Corporate Strategy Role - Solar Business

- Lead pipeline development (downstream equity investments into Solar PV projects) via bidding for new projects / acquisition of secondary deals

a) Identify pipeline for greenfield and acquisition projects

b) Evaluate key parameters and sensitivities to make returns for a solar plant and thus the ideal tariff to bid at given the market conditions

c) Prepare Investment committee packages for each bid

2. Facilitating Founders in equity raising and Investor reporting

a) Preparation of pitch presentations, IMs and control the excel plan for fundraising.

b) Perform valuation analyses using various methodologies including discounted cash flow and transaction comparable.

c) Coordinate with different function heads and prepare monthly reporting on portfolio performance, collating key activities across the organisation and report deviations from plans.

d) Candidate will have to front end and independently manage investment relationships

3. Lead discussions across the organization on

a) financial status and forecasting

b) performance assessment and improvement

c) major initiatives and development

4. Financial modelling and accounts reconciliation

a) Develop and run each solar plants and consolidated financial model to articulate cash flow and risks of project

b) Find variations in actuals vs the modelled projection and quantify variations

c) Reconcile a PnL, Balance sheet and cash flow based on actuals and prepare a projection

d) Run scenario options to assess risk and opportunities in the business
