As a leading financial institution, our client provides products and services to institutional and retail customers. Now, with the continued expansion their global operations, they are keen to recruit a seasoned corporate strategy professional in their global setup in Delhi NCR.

Description

This role is responsible for managing projects for different stakeholders, for working with the leadership to manage and implement key programs and initiatives and achieve defined results.

- Coordinate the group's mid-term strategic plan design and execution, under supervision of strategy director

- Contribute to providing thought leadership to company and top management on a broad range of business-critical topics

- Drive the design of commercial and financial analysis e.g. market sizing, market driver analysis, business model analysis, competitive benchmarking, etc.

- Manage ad-hoc transversal strategic initiatives

- Accuracy and attention to details; prioritize and plan work activities

- Work independently, balance multiple project responsibilities, and meet deliverable timelines

- Work on multiple Power BI dashboards regular production - prepare weekly/monthly/quarterly reports

- Understand market place and competition

Profile

- MBA from a leading Indian/International educational institution

- 8-10 years of experience gained in either corporate roles, strategy consulting

- Great project management and ability to earn trust and work with different levels of stakeholders in various environments

- High problem solving skills; ability to drive through to an outcome in circumstances of complexity and ambiguity

- Proven ability to interact with top level management - Structured and analytical with strong business sense

- Excellent written and oral communication: ability to communicate complex insights simply and clearly articulate recommendations

- Ability to deliver with tight deadlines

- Positive mindset, entrepreneurial spirit and ability to adapt

- Flexibility to adapt to a variety of engagement types and working hours
