Corporate Strategy/Planning Manager - FMCG - IIM/IIT

Responsibilities:

1) Work on projects related to portfolio strategy, growth strategy, operational efficiency improvement and business process improvement for company with a focus on international businesses

2) Conduct competitive benchmarking and provide industry insights to support business decisions

3) Support long range planning and annual operating planning for the various companies business units and for the corporate center

4) Liaise with stakeholders across functions and levels to gain direction and alignment

QUALIFICATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE

- 2-3 years of experience in working with top tier management consulting firms - BCG, McKinsey, Bain, AT Kearney, Accenture; preferably with some experience in FMCG sector

- Strong academic background with MBA from a top tier institute (IIM A, B, C, L, I, K; ISB); should ideally be from the graduating class of 2017 or 2018; OR graduate from a top-tier engineering or commerce institute (IIT D, B, M, K, KGP) from the graduating class of 2015, 2016 or 2017
