- Serving as Executive Assistant to Director & rendering support to the Director in making important business decisions, meetings and preparing documents & presentations
- Successfully representing the department in monthly review meeting to the top management
- Functioning as key custodian and responsible for all management reporting.
- Strategy Formulation - 5 year growth strategy including Business wise P&L including workforce planning, Competition / Market / Technology analysis, capability assessment /gap analysis and Value proposition
- Use of Balanced Scorecard for formulating company-wide / business wise KRAs & strategy map and track progress thereafter
- Prepare the bi-annual strategic review presentation for the CEO
- Working closely with the CEO / COO in formulating the Business strategy for growing the key business verticals by way of evaluating newer business lines (including profitability analysis), potential for going international (go-nogo decision) and investments required therein.
- Project management, prepare white paper including market opportunity, competition & technology landscape, technology assessment and evaluation and final recommendations.
- Tracking the monthly P&L performance company-wide / business wise including gap analysis, budget analysis & variance, key ratios’, new business profitability and present the MIS to the CEO.
- Present the operational snapshot of key clients to the CEO on a weekly basis and weekly review with Business heads.
Incumbents with relevant 2 Years of Experience from TOP B SCHOOL preferred.
