- Work with the MD Office to research, identify and analyse potential organic/ nonorganic opportunities to grow existing businesses

- Drive business operations and strategy

- Create systems and processes for business performance monitoring, work with IT to create and automate dashboards

- Identify, develop, and deliver strategies that support the sustainability of the organisation, to best position the organisation for future opportunities.

- Work with corporate communication on driving MD/company level communications in internal/external world.

- Contribute to the achievement of the Strategic Directions via the creation, implementation and monitoring of allocated Work Plans
