Roles & Responsibilities:
- Prepare business case/scenario/other analysis to enable decision making for new growth opportunities/offerings identified
- Support business planning and performance management for BUs
- Support/drive the set-up and strategy creation for new business initiatives/BUs
- Create execution plans and oversee the strategy implementation for new business initiatives
- Set-up processes and structures to drive efficiencies within various Operation's functions/teams
- Liaise with various stakeholders/teams within the Firm to solve strategic/operational/tactical problems
- Conceptualize/update reporting and analytics requirements for the Firm's analytics platform (PowerBI)
Desired Skills & Experience:
- Previous experience in Consulting/CEO's office/Chief of Staff/Corporate Strategy roles
- At least 4+ years of experience
- Strong & structured problem-solving skills in an ambiguous and unstructured environment
- Ability to wear multiple hats to zoom in & out of problems
- Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills, across functions & hierarchies
- Very strong written and oral communication
