Corporate Strategy & Investor Relations Role - Real Estate

Job Description :

- Real estate professional with 8-13 years of experience in corporate strategy, business development and investor relations as a part of a reputed developer firm or a fund, based in Bangalore.

- Candidate should be well versed with the Bangalore residential and commercial real estate market, proficiency in local language a plus.

- Formulating market and financial models and analysis, preparing presentations and business plans for management and institutional investors.

- Demonstrated ability for end to end deal execution including due diligence and closure

- Periodic management and investor reporting and coordination as part of asset management.
