Job Description :
- 3-year degree in Corporate Secretaryship OR A Graduate with Company Secretary
- Minimum 12 years of relevant domain/ functional work experience, out of which 4-6 years
- Should be fulfilling supervisory/ management responsibilities, including people management
- Working knowledge of performing Company secretarial tasks
- Experience of statutory compliances and Registrar of Companies (RoC) filings
- Organizing board meetings, preparation & review of meeting minutes
- Review of Client administration duties, executed by team members
- Filing of financial statements in XBRL format
- Statutory and Compliance requirements of various forms of legal entities
- Evidence of spearheading continuous improvement initiatives with evidence of outcome as value-addition. Six Sigma/ Kaizen certification is preferred, but not mandatory
- Highly organized and with excellent personal time management Hiring resources - for the first 12-15 months, this workload will be high and will taper down to lower hiring involvement. Candidates will be trained on Criteria based interviewing techniques
