Accountable to (position) : VP / Group Head (Compliance & Corporate Secretarial)
Years of Experience : 4-7 years
Educational Qualifications : Qualified Company Secretary / LL.B. , B.Com, Inter CA (Preferable)
Management Level : Middle
1. RESPONSIBILITIES & TASKS :
- Experience in handling NBFC work including knowledge of Master circulars, guidelines, notifications issued by RBI.
- Experience in handling RBI Inspection
- Experience in filing various forms and returns with RBI
- Handling corporate secretarial and compliance related work
- Drafting and reviewing various documents and agreements
- Very good knowledge of the Companies Act, 2013 and Rules made thereunder
- Dealing/interacting with RBI and other Regulatory Authorities
- Conducting board, committee and general meetings and drafting minutes.
- Good interpretation capabilities of the provisions of the company law, listing agreement, FEMA and other statutes
- Knowledge of RBI/FEMA/NBFC regulations
2. CORE SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS :
- Prior work experience in Accounting
- Good Analytical abilities
- Knowledge of RBI/FEMA/NBFC regulations
- Inter personal skills, good & clear communication
- Logical & well defined thought process
3. PERSONAL CHARACTERISTICS : Good Communication Skills
