Corporate Sales Role - General Insurance Broking Firm

Position : General Insurance Broking - Corporate Sales Professionals (Pune) (4-15 yrs)

Role :

- Sales of various General Insurance Products and Solutions to Small, Mid and Large Companies in Pune

- Solutions will include General Insurance Solutions to various Industries, risk management solutions and Employee Benefit Solutions

- Initiate new business opportunities through referrals, networking and cold calls

- Build strong relationships with clients, understand their business needs and expectations

- Work with Product teams/ specialist teams to create solutions and help execute the same

- Responsible to execute the sales strategy end to end to meet the new and expanded revenue targets for the branch.

- At senior levels would lead a team

- Independently handling the Corporate Relationships

Requirements :

- MBA

- 4-15 yrs of experience, with good experience in general insurance sales/broking in any or multiple product lines

- Should have a good understanding of various general insurance product and solution categories

- Prior experience in corporate Sales working in the General Insurance/ General Insurance Broking Industry

- Good Relationship Management and Communication Skills
