Corporate Sales Role - General Insurance (6-10 yrs) Premium

Job Description :


- 6+ experience handling Corporate Sales for General Insurance (EB & Non EB client)

- Develop a strong network of corporate clients-majorly by means of self-lead generation and working on company's leads

- Make new clients for EB and Non - EB portfolio

- Engage and run affinity programs /loyalty programs

- Cross sell /wellness activities

- Manage existing and new large accounts

- Regular business development engagement with existing clients to ensure business continuity and cater to servicing needs of the customer and assist servicing team in resolving issues.

- Coordinate with Insurance Companies, TPAs

- Define individual targets for the team and monitor their performance on regular basis to ensure client satisfaction. Responsible for achieving departmental objectives and ensure constant process Improvement.

- Preferably from Insurance Broking Company.
