Job Description :

Preference is for recruitment sales/HR .

- Identify & close new organizations and companies as clients.

- Manage existing clients to build strong long-term relationships.

- Achieve turnover & profit targets for the business.

- Identify new trends & opportunities in the market and come up with innovative ideas for business growth.

- Regular follow-ups with existing customers to proactively resolve any issues faced by them.

- Come up with new sales strategies & ideas to improve.

- Work cross-functionally to articulate & develop new products features that meet client needs.
