Role: Corporate Sales In Charge- Training & Learning
Location : Hyderabad
Qualification : MBA from Premier Institute
Experience : 2-6 Years
Responsibilities:
- Role and Responsibilities would include understanding of Corporate Learning & Development/ Management Education/ Online Education Space.
- Getting the corporate on board & getting their account set up, would also need to liaison with the corporate from time to time to ensure smooth operations.
- Need to maintain excellent relationship with existing clients & get more business from them.
- Identify & report to marketing/ business in terms of new market or new product/service opportunities and also feedback on current Training market
Skills:
- Should have 2-6 years of experience in Corporate/ Institutional Sales
- Solution selling to clients from a Learning and Development perspective targeted towards skill development, employee engagement and retention
- Understanding the role and importance of Learning and Development within organizations
- Selling Management and Executive Education for Working Professionals within organizations
- The person should have excellent communications skills (verbal and written) and Presentation Skills
- Need to maintain excellent relationship with existing clients & get more business from them
