Role Description

The corporate sales manager will lead our sales team and drive revenue growth through the sale of our software products and services. Drive revenue growth through proactive engagement and negotiation, ensuring the achievement of corporate sales objectives.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and targets.

- Manage and motivate a team of software sales professionals to achieve individual and team sales targets.

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company's customer base.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.

- Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to ensure alignment of sales efforts with company objectives.

- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth.

- Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to senior management.

- Stay updated on industry developments and competitors' activities.

- Conduct sales training and development programs for the sales team to enhance their skills and performance.

- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote our products and services.
