Corporate Sales - IT
Key Responsibilities :
Business :
- Managing Profit & Loss for the assigned Business
- Responsible for creating Go-to-Market strategies and action the same
- Closely monitor, review and report business performance to ensure its growth and expansion
- Set, monitor and review financial targets for team members
Sales Management :
- Prepare an annual sales and marketing strategy and budget, and continuously monitor and report on its achievements on a weekly, monthly and annual basis.
- Based on marketing reports and sales performance revise strategies accordingly weekly basis and submit to the Vice President.
- Oversee all customer inquiries and requests are appropriately responded to in a timely manner.
- Oversee product research and development according to market trends and customer demand.
- Recording market feedback for all advertising, publicity and brand management Activity.
- Lead on customer satisfaction surveys and report to management to inform on implications/future sales strategies.
Team Management :
- Set individual sales targets with sales team and manage /review performance
- Drive sales action plans for individual salespeople
- Monitor the achievement of sales objectives by the sales team
- Team Management - Facilitate attraction and retention of employees, help enhance employee morale and engagement and ensure effective business delivery
