- Develop a great culture of people where the ability to sell multi-products at point of sale. Increase wallet share at corporates by higher product to group ratio. Build revenues across the team from X-Sell of products.
- Ability to drive multi-product role and ability to cross sell products to build stickiness in the account.
- Ability to roll out MIS across locations to garner a higher Product to Group ratio.
- Engage with teams on ground to build traction across cross sell products.
- Ability to come out with campaigns to get traction across various flavours of the season.
- Lead a team of 2 resources in Mumbai and also actively engage with the people in the function to build traction on multi-product sale at Point of Sale
