Dimensions of the Job

- Manage a portfolio of corporate accounts in the city and be the interface on the consumer banking side.

- Grow the Consumer Bank's revenue base in city in the portfolio by deepening existing customer relationships across PL, cards, Mortgage, Suvidha General and Life Insurance and other X sell products

- Work closely with different teams on stand alone deals providing seamless local support to complex relationships/transactions.

- Understand Industry trends, obligor outlook and develop, implement credit strategy for managed names.

- Acquisition of group companies in the existing portfolios and tap opportunities for new corp acquisitions.

- Proactively identify opportunities to structure innovative solutions and cross-sell the full range of products tailored to customer needs and requirements, increasing share of wallet.

- Work with product partners to structure and sell solutions across the product universe.

Working Relationship

The job is a front-line relationship job and the primary interface is external with the Customers – (CFO, MD/Promoter level to treasurer/working teams); Internally, the job interfaces with the Product / Sales teams of different units.

Candidate Specifications

1. Should have the confidence and ability to manage Senior Relationships at CFO / Director level

2. Good working knowledge of all core banking products and services with strong knowledge in cash management, trade and treasury products.

3. Understanding of capital market products and ability to scope DCM, ECM and advisory opportunities.

4. Sufficient understanding of risk and familiarity. Strong understanding of financial statements and financial analysis is a must.

5. Strong analytical, negotiation and problem resolution skills.

6. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to coordinate with teams across geographies.
