Corporate Risk Manager - Third Party Risk Management - Banking/Financial Domain

Looking for candidates from Banking / Financial domain.

Key Responsibility :

a. Manage the overall Third-party risk management for the bank.

b. Developing the requirement and suitable delivery for the system development for vendor risk management.

c. Manage and drive for closure of various aspects of Third-party risk management

d. Vendor oversight and reporting under the ambit of the outsourcing Policy and submission of annual compliance certificate to RMCB/Board periodically for reporting to RBI.

e. Guide and coordinate with various business operation units and support functions in respect of outsourcing activity/vendor reviews and Assessment.

f. Initiate discussion with Senior management wherever required on the review and observation to ensure compliance with outsourcing policy of the bank.

g. Co-ordinate and prepare response to various regulatory queries and submission pertaining to outsourcing risk.

h. Ensure preparation and managing vendor/activity database across the bank for regulatory reporting.

i. Track various regulations and industry developments pertaining to outsourcing and have relevant clauses amended to the policy from time to time.

Education & Experience:

Any Graduate or Postgraduate with 4+ Year of Experience in Managing Third party Risk and carrying out vendor Risk assessments in BFSI industry.
