- To source liability oriented clients offering transaction banking products, such as, TRADE, FOREX, CMS. - To build a strong and robust customer base thereby increasing CA average and earn revenue by providing them high standards of service on an ongoing basis. - To maintain a strong relationship with the acquired customers in order to facilitate day-to-day transactions. - To have knowledge on basic banking products such as TRADE, FOREX, CMS to seamlessly manage customer queries. - To have an understanding of industry segments/clusters for reaching out to targeted corporate customers. - To be constantly abreast of general economic and market indicators.
